Summary

Christian Dior G.K. is looking for Retail Assistant.

The main mission of this position is to provide high-quality administrative and coordination support to the overall Retail Department. The role supports smooth daily operations, effective communication, meeting and travel coordination, expense and invoice-related administration, document handling, and various ad hoc arrangements required by the Retail organization and administrative support across the department.

Key Qualifications

Fluent Japanese Communication skills and business level English proficiency

Strong PC skills, especially Microsoft Office and Outlook

Experience in administrative support, team assistant or executive assistant roles

Ability to handle multiple requests, prioritize tasks and work flexibly in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail, confidentiality and service-minded attitude

Experience working in a retail or luxury retail environment is a plus.

Responsibility

This position reports to Retail Vice President

Provide daily administrative support to the Retail Department and act as a key coordination point.

Coordinate meetings, calendars, meeting rooms, video conferences and invitations; prepare meeting minutes and follow-up notes when required.

Arrange domestic and overseas business trips, accommodation, transportation and related travel administration for Retail members, according to business needs.

Support expense, T&E, invoice, PO, vendor registration and payment-related administrative processes in collaboration with relevant internal teams.

Handle document-related administration such as contract filing, seal application, mailing, delivery, distribution and record keeping.

Assist Retail activities by coordinating practical arrangements related to department store events, external partner communication, store staff travel or accommodation, and other operational needs.

Arrange visitors, business meals, team events, gifts, office supplies, business cards and other department-wide administrative matters as needed.

Provide Japanese-English communication support, including translation or coordination of materials from HQ and internal stakeholders when necessary.
