REPORT TO: Vice President of Human Resources for Perfumes & Cosmetics Japan
LOCATION: Tokyo


We are looking for a HR Business Partner Manager/Senior Manager for Parfumes Christian Dior to plan, organize and drive all matters related to Human Resources and General Affairs with emphasis on Parfumes Christian Dior Japon K.K. (Local Market) partnering with HRVP who is responsible for all the brands among Perfumes & Cosmetics group.

    【JOB REQUIREMENTS】
  • Bachelor or Master degree
  • More than 5-year experience in HR management
  • Fluent in English (TOEIC 850 equivalent or above), Japanese native
  • Working experience in retail or consumer goods industries is welcomed
  • PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • International experience (lived outside Japan) is plus


  • Responsibility

    Organization Development/ Talent Acquisition:

  • Responsible for all recruitment process such as assessment of needs and candidates’ profile for the position, choice of the most effective methods, selection and offer out for all office positions in PCD
  • Manage and support processes of internal mobility including expats’ movement from package proposal to their settlement.
  • Partnering with key people to consult and give advice regarding the team and their staff.
  • Collaboration with Retail HR team to execute HR projects & initiatives.
  • Co-work with a department head to build an effective organization in line with business needs and strategies.
  • Ensure the right person in the right place for better and effective talent allocation.


    Employee relation & labor management:
  • Manage labor related issues with line management.
  • Support HRVP for the labor-related preventive actions and guidelines.
  • Be a reliable partner for employees as a point of HR contact of the brands.


    Compensation & Benefits:
  • Manage annual performance appraisal and promotion increase proposal.
  • Monitor and ensure the compensation level of employees is in line with the market benchmark and take necessary actions together with function heads of the brands and HR Operations team.
  • Responsible for HR headcount and personnel cost reports through Orion (internal database tool) working with HR Controller.
  • Ensure that employees’ regulations and policies are in line with updated labor law and propose new schemes aiming at “good place to work”.


    Training & Development:
  • l Responsible for nomination of participants for LVMH & P&C training programs and other external courses in line with individual development plan.
  • Work with Talent & Development team on the development and execution for specific management training programs customized for PCD and SSC requirement (i.e. Motivation drivers).
  • Onboarding of new joiners
  • Consult and advise to create individual development plan along with business direction and individual aspiration and ensure each development plan is in place. Monitor and follow up the progress of one’s development plan.


    *Handle other project base or ad hoc tasks directed by managers.


    D&I / Sustainability
  • Lead and drive several projects of the brands including sustainability actions.
  • Plan and lead several HR, Global and LVMH group initiatives and organizational activities working closely with HR managers of both P&C and LVMH group brands.
  • Manage and support external facility to enhance D&I of handicapped employees.
