・CXO、ミドルマネジメントとのコネクションを持ち、中規模から大規模の案件を成約する能力
・グローバルなオンサイト・オフショアITサービス経験
・バイリンガルスキル
・日本での営業経験
・俊敏性、成長志向、コミュニケーション能力、明確な表現力
・チームビルディングを得意とする営業プレイングマネージャー

・Bilingual with good Japan geography sales experience
・Ability to connect to CXOs, middle management and close medium to big size deals
・Global onsite – offshore IT services experience
・Agile, growth oriented, good communication & articulation skills
・Hands-on sales playing manager with strong team building skills

Responsibility

・新規顧客開拓、コールド・コール等含む
・既存顧客の管理・育成
・SI社、エンドユーザー系社と強い関連性を持っている方
・資料作成、提案書作成、RFP回答など
・日本における新規ITサービス事業の拡大・育成
・リードジェネレーションを含む営業チームエンジン、プレイブックを構築する
・必要に応じて顧客対応、サポート

・Expand and grow new Japan IT services business including cold calling and generating new leads
・Manage and grow existing accounts
・Coordinate with local and global team to propose &demo solutions to clients
・Create collaterals, draft proposals and answer to RFPs
・Build a sales team engine, playbooks including lead generation
・Customer engagement and support as required

Working Hours

勤務開始：9:00~10:00の間
勤務終了：18:00~19:00の間（出勤時間に応じて）
休憩1時間、実働8時間

9:00am~6:00pm or 10:00am~7:00pm
