・4年以上のExcel、SQLを使用したレポート作成の実務経験
・エクセルスキル：上級～エキスパートレベル
・中級から上級レベルのSQLスキル（データベースの設計やアーキテクチャは必要ありません）
・外部データソースからのデータインポート、エクスポートの知識
・ネイティブレベルの日本語力。英語力歓迎
・コミュニケーション能力、レポートデータを説明する能力
・4+ years of work experience in report creation using Excel, SQL
・Advanced to expert level Excel
・Intermediate to advanced level SQL ( Database design and architecture not needed )
・Knowledge of data import and export from external data sources
・Native level Japanese language. English would be an advantage but not necessary
・Good communication skills and ability to explain report data
ITチームでデータチームのメンバーと協力しながら、ルーティーンおよびアドホックなレポート作成をご担当いただきます。
・既存および新規レポートの日次、週次、月次作成
・Salesforceからのデータ抽出を管理 (Salesforceのトレーニングは提供)
・新しいレポートを作成するために、エンドユーザーと直接コミュニケーションを取り、ITチームからインプットを得る
・ITチームと協力してSQLデータベースからデータを抽出
Working in the IT team with the Data team members, the Excel Reporting Specialist will be in charge of routine and ad-hoc report creation
・Take charge of daily, weekly and monthly creations of existing and new reports.
・Manage the data extracts, from Salesforce. (Salesforce training will be provided)
・Communicate with the end users directly and /or get inputs from the IT team for new report creation
・Work with the IT team to extract data from SQL database.
