• Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns that drove engagement and sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate new ideas for influencer campaigns.
• Passion for social media, influencer marketing, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and Japanese culture.
• Fluent Japanese and English is necessary for this role.
• Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers across social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Conduct and maintain a strong influencer database portal and ensure campaigns meet their KPI's and goals
• Develop and manage influencer campaigns and budgets across different channels on our internal platform
• Develop brand presence and values by enhancing different marketing activations; influencer campaigns, content base campaigns etc.
• Manage and implement analytical tools to evaluate the performance of campaigns
• Manage influencer agencies based on region and ensure KPI achievement
• Track KPI targets to manage budget and resources
• Work directly with brands and maintain relationships
• Develop and execute influencer campaigns that align with Hashi Media's brand values and drive engagement.
• Maintain relationships with key partners and vendors
Bachelors degree (or equivalent) is preferred

Salary:
Competitive with the industry and based on experience
