Experience:
• 3+ years of amazon management
• Be familiar with amazon/Rakuten Ad., and usage of the data base
• Working experience as a direct-contact and person in charge for end-user inquiries
• Proficient in budgeting and monitoring
• Strong communication skills with related functions and the outside partner company.
• Strong communication skills both verbal & written in Japanese
• Proficient in excel
• Better to have : Various database experience like BI tool or MA tool.
• Better to have : Excellent English communication ability
• Better to have : Basic knowledge of using amazon/Rakuten/other data service.
Summary:
Build & Develop T-fal EC category strategies, implementation of effective actions for increasing the sales of amazon / Rakuten / Brick & Click. Main objective is analysed the competitor’s situation & portfolio from various web data and propose appropriate product portfolios, promotion, contents, digital activities etc. to each PMs. And develop contents on amazon and take care outside & inside of amazon Ad.
Responsibilities:
EC activation Planning
• Analyse and report from various data base such as amazon, Rakuten, “Nint” data; provide results and recommendations for improvement and new programs and product portfolios
• Analysis and monitoring of the project performance (KPI) based on set objectives
• Synergic coordination with the other functions of the Digital Marketing, Marketing Communication & CRM team and constant interface with the other company teams involved in the project (IT, Marketing, etc.)
• Work with Product Marketing and Marketing Communications on daily base to develop and execute highly effective direct response programs to significantly increase inbound lead flow and pipeline generation. Gain higher rate of conversion.
• Develop and manage key metrics and budgets; understand and implement coding schemes for tracking purposes.
• Create and manage weekly and monthly reporting and tracking, flagging issues, and report metrics
• Pro-actively researches new trends and opportunities in Rakuten and suggests related changes to the shop strategy
• Deep understanding customer behaviour and journey, improve those through data driven analysis
• Recommends product assortment and price strategy
Contents Development
• Constant focus on the improvement of the Customer Experience/UX
• Supervision and monitoring of contents management activities
• Especially on amazon, expected followings, Creative Development (Sumnail, A+), T-fal Store Management, Title/Search Optimization
Others
• Achievement of the E-Shop sales targets in terms of sales values, volumes and margins together with EC Sales team.
