Asa People & Culture Specialist you are expected to work closely with localmanagers and HR team to ensure policies and practice are working in the mostefficient way for the business and effective for employee engagement.

Youwill be in contact with various stakeholders on a daily basis.

Key Qualifications

・At least 1 years’ working experience in related function, we are open to see candidate with HR or call center operation background;

・Familiar with new social media, international aesthetic;

・Basic knowledge of basic design tools and media tools;

・Strong self-motivation and team communication skills;

・Proficient in English listening, speaking & writing.








・Help to provide new hires with orientation for IBU CSC part

・Work with hiring managers and local HR on recruitment coordination & communication

・Drive internal employee recognition programs, monthly events, company wide meetings and social events that align with company values, foster connection and drive desired culture

・Ensure understanding of local HR policy and work with employee enquiries to ensure effective feedback based on policies, leave etc.

・Work with local HR and Site head on the design, launch and analysis of staff satisfaction surveys・Cooperate with the operation of the internal culture public account, BBS, multimedia interactive booth, etc.

・Manage/execute daily content editing, publishing, maintenance and interaction.

・Maintained extensive and in-depth communication with staff at all levels of the department to write vivid, interesting and culturally appropriate reports;

・Assisted in completing employee care or staff activity, recorded and reasonably applied in cultural publicity work;

・Develop and implement long-term publicity plan according to company culture and department development.
