必須条件
・業務経験：コンサル等のプロフェッショナルファームでの業務経験（分野問わず）が2年以上あること。
・グローバルレベルでのプロジェクトに携わった経験があること。
・語学力：ビジネスで日本語及び英語を使用した経験があること。
・PCスキル：Officeソフト（Word、PPT、Excel）の使用経験（四則演算、SUM、COUNTIF等）。

・リスクマネジメントに関する業務経験
・プロフェッショナルファームの品質管理に関する知識や経験
・内部統制に関する業務経験
・業務プロセスの改善や効率化に関する経験
・プロジェクトマネジメントの経験
・データ収集やレポート作成の経験

MUST
・Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a professional firm such as consulting, regardless of the field.
・Global Project Experience: Experience working on projects at a global level.
・Language Skills: Experience using Japanese and English in a business context.
・PC Skills: Experience using Office software (Word, PPT, Excel), including basic arithmetic operations, SUM, COUNTIF, etc.

NICE TO HAVE
・Risk Management Experience: Experience in risk management tasks.
・Quality Management Knowledge/Experience: Knowledge or experience in quality management within a professional firm.
・Internal Control Experience: Experience in internal control tasks.
・Process Improvement Experience: Experience in improving and streamlining business processes.
・Project Management Experience: Experience in project management.
・Data Collection and Reporting Experience: Experience in data collection and report creation.

品質管理関連のプロジェクトマネジメント業務およびレポーティング業務を担当します。

具体的には、パートナーやマネジャーの指示のもと、海外のネットワークファームから共有された品質管理関連事項の法人内への展開や、その結果の報告に関するサポート業務を担当します。海外のチームとの協業が必要となるため、業務の大半は英語で行います。

当法人では品質管理を重視しており、プロジェクトは法人の経営層と方向性をすり合わせたうえで進めます。また、法人全体のルールの構築や周知、モニタリング、改善策の提案・実行もプロジェクトの目的の一つであり、法人全体の経営企画的な側面もある業務です。

You will be responsible for project management and reporting tasks related to quality management. Specifically, under the direction of partners and managers, you will support the dissemination of quality management-related matters shared by overseas network firms within the organization and report the results. As collaboration with overseas teams is required, most of the work will be conducted in English.

Our firm places a high emphasis on quality management, and projects are advanced in alignment with the direction of the firm's management. Additionally, the project aims to build, disseminate, monitor, and implement improvement measures for the firm's overall rules, incorporating aspects of corporate planning for the entire organization.

月給 （450,000円～750,000円）
＊基本給367,875円～613,125円、固定残業代82,125円～136,875円（30時間分）を含む
（年収5,000,000円～9,000,000円）
＊30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給

・Base salary 367,875 JPY - 613,125 JPY, 82,125 JPY - 136,875 JPY 30 hours overtime included
・Expected Yearly Salary 5,000,000 JPY -9,000,000 JPY
＊If overtime exceed 30 hours, exceeded overtime will be paid additionally

週休2日制（土・日）、法定有給休暇（初年度20日付与＊入社月によって変動）、夏季休暇、年末年始休暇、試験休暇、育児・介護休暇、産前産後休暇

2 days off per week (Sat. and Sun.), statutory paid leave (20 days granted in the first year *depending on the month of employment), examination leave, childcare/nursing care leave, maternity leave before and after childbirth
