Christian Dior K.K. is looking for a Client Event Manager.
In this position, you will be in charge of planing and executing client events, pop-ups, handling VIP treatments to enhance sales and client loyalty.

Fluent in both English and Japanese
Very high communication skills
Good project management skills to handle several events at a time
Able to travel frequently

Interest in fashion, haute couture, craftsmanship
Advanced Excel, PPT, Word skills
Report to Client Development Manager
1. Support project management of POP-UPS/Concept Stores
Approximately 4-6 per year.
Coordination with HQ and various departments to maximize the impact 360 degrees.
Manage budget & timing.
2. Lead major local events to boost sales
Uber luxury events such as Villa Dior, High Jewelry events.
Gala dinners, Anniversary events, collaboration events with PR.
Liaise with HQ or other zones, other depts to create a momentum to push certain product categories.
Be involved in venue-hunting, proposing entertainment, validation process with Paris, creation of DM/invitations, logistics, menus, information sharing to boutiques/ Gaisho, follow-up on appointments, reports
3. Execution of regular client events
AOT, OTO++ for collection launches
Dept Store events such as Tanseikai, Takanawakai, Shuitsukai, Ippinkai..
DMs, in-store visibility, overall budget management, reports.
4. Client Treatment
Invitation to Paris or other countries for Fashion shows & previews. Selection of clients with retail, planning customized trips, escorting to shows/dinners. Providing full hospitality
Taking orders, liasing with boutiques /MD to follow up.
Total 9 trips per year (to be shared within the team)

Adhoc VIP treatment
5. Haute Couture/VIP communication
Direct communication with clients/boutiques and Paris Haute Couture team for a personalized project of creating a unique piece. Unlike selling RTW, each Haute Couture needs precise follow up from the first OTO to securing deposits and arranging fitting appointments in Paris or Japan.
A 4-6month project.
6. Update Dior system Budget Calendar
Use the Dior calendar system to share with HQ the latest updates on budget for each event.

A year long project that pairs female Christian Dior employees with female students interested in their area of expertise. This is designed to enable cross cultural, cross generational and cross functional interactions. At the International Women’s Day (March 8th, 2017), 200 female students from all over the world gathered at the head office in Paris and enjoyed touring the maison’s atelier, along with the brand’s newly opened state-of-the-art archive facility: Dior Héritage.
