Christian Dior K.K. is looking for a PR Coordinator.
In this position, your mission is to :
Establish and maintain close relationship with press, stylist and influencers
Manage & Control PR samples
Assist PR Manager to:
- Plan and execute daily PR activities
- Plan and execute PR events
- Coordinate with agencies to execute PR activities
- Plan and execute internal PR activities
Minimum 5 years of experience in PR Communication in retail business preferable or Digital PR Marketing
Strong knowledge of regional media, online and social media community
Strong copywriting skills, especially for online audiences
Must have good time management skills
Strong sense of responsibilities
Ability to understand a broad area of business
Japanese : Fluent, English : Business
Report to PR Manager
Work on assisting Christian Dior K.K. PR activities in general proactively together with PR Manager. Specifically, being in charge of:
Pitch news to key print and online media
Editing of E news/ press release based on the format provided by HQ
Proofreading of articles
Working across internal teams to collaborate on creative ideas, online strategy and PR opportunities.
Take care in/before/after sample loading
Sample Managements through Launchmentrix
Communication with HQ team for various issue on daily basis
Well maintaining press list on Launchmetrix
Support Press events
Preparation of presentation documents
Formulating summery of monthly PR monitoring results.
Creating and updating editorial lists.
Editorials, TV, online and SNS exposure checks to make clipping reports.
Sending clipping report to HQ, HO and Stores.
