The position oversees all e-commerce activities for the Ray-Ban, Oakley, and Oliver Peoples brands, including marketing activities, website capabilities and merchandising plan. The expectation for this position is to meet or exceed the annual sales target for the e-commerce platforms. The person in this position must align with the global and local guidelines for each brand, and success in this position will largely depend on adopting a sound strategy and communication skills to gain the support of internal and external parties.
• Approximately 5 years of relevant working experience in e-commerce; preferably with managing a team
• Strong English and Japanese communication skills mandatory

• Sales growth – increase sales for the current Ray-Ban & Oakley e-Commerce businesses in a healthy and sustainable way
• Developing e-Commerce strategies - for short and long-term in regards to user experience, merchandising, ad agency spend (Info Cubic), with a focus on KPIs such as CV, bounce rate, cart funnel as well as CPA, CPC, ROAS, etc.
• Marketing plan - define the marketing plan with external ad agency and in-house brand team to drive traffic to the website
• Managing the e-commerce platform - working with Corporate and local IT to make enhancements and implement projects which will improve the user experience and lead to higher conversions
• Merchandising – work with merchandisers to propose a relevant Ray-Ban/Oakley assortment plan within the corporate guidelines to target the online consumer in Japan and ensure a consistent brand visibility
• Customer Service – work with local and China customer service to ensure the highest possible experience to customers
• Guidelines - controlling and applying the guidelines from Corporate to ensure a global consistency worldwide
