Processes include but not limited to imports and exports of both merchandise and non-merchandise items, product regulatory compliance, merchandise packaging, merchandise repairs and quality control, and protection from product intellectual property infringements.
Support and complement the supply chain process liaising with Merchandise control teams.

◆Ensure efficiency of the entire merchandise logistics process chain starting from overseas HQ warehouse to local stores both imports and exports
◆Manage product compliance (CITES, washing labels, etc.) in cooperation with HQ
◆Manage merchandise packaging and other supplies in cooperation with HQ and external service provider
◆Support merchandise control process with Merchandising and Stock Control teams.
◆Manage all product repairs process (administered by After sales service staff) arising from customer claims, production defects, and shop-soiled liaising with HQ departments and local service providers.
◆Detect, monitor, and provide solutions to quality issues both from production and stores in cooperation with Retail and Merchandising departments.
◆Manage or support non-merchandise logistics process (PR samples, Visual Merchandising props, other materials) and ensure regulatory compliance of such imports and exports
◆Monitor and ensure 3PL Warehouse is providing efficient and appropriate service
◆Manage intellectual property in cooperation with HQ and external service provider
◆Propose and control financial budget of warehouse, freight, courier and repair costs
◆Ensure amounts invoiced for imports, logistics. and repair processes are appropriate.
◆Manage and motivate team of logistics and after sales service personnel to achieve company objectives
◆Other projects and processes as deemed appropriate and assigned by the CFO (ERP Projects, etc.)
