FRED Paris, modern jeweler since 1936, who has sun-drenched collections inspired by maison's DNA; French Riviera, currently propose an exciting opportunity to join us to support our business growth in Japan: Merchandising Specialist, FRED Japan. Responsible for all MD area at FRED division in Japan. You will contribute to make an impact on the turnover of the brand.

Key Qualifications

- Japanese(native or fluent both speaking and writing ) and English(above business)
- Experience of product management, such as merchandise, supply chain management, inventory control or allocation management
- Analytical skills with good sense of understanding luxury brands is an advantage


Report to: Marketing Manager at FRED division

- Strategy: Develop and continuously review merchandising strategies, including product allocations, model stock and event package considering the market trend and brand strategies to optimize the sales and product profitability.
- Stock Optimization: Control and optimize product allocations in stores and wholesales based on sales and inventory, including model stock management, event stock package.
- Analysis: Product sales analysis, KPI monitoring, Competitors research
- Order management: Product sales forecast, Product orders and reorders, Delivery status control with CSL
- Product information: Product information sharing with boutiques
- High end product management: Control and optimize HJ allocations based on productivity and brand image building. Work closely with boutiques and HQ on special orders.
- New product launch: Sales forecast, Order placement, Allocation to store, Training
- Event package management: Event package planning and maintenance
- Quality/Repair: Quality issue management (before and after sales) with CSL
- Others: Participate in the establishment of price structure and annual merchandising plan in cooperation with HQ.
- Report and proposal
‒ Monthly report of purchasing and inventory.
‒ Periodical report on quality and defect merchandise in cooperation with the person in charge in CSL.
‒ Proposal on product development by analyzing the sales, market trend and competitors activities.


- 4 years Bachelor degree is a must
