Key Qualifications

• 5+ years' Experience and Knowledge of digital media (SEM, social media, programmatic, SEO, E-commerce operation, affiliate, etc.)
• Experience in handling digital advertising operations: bidding, campaign management tools (DSP, DMP, etc.)
• Experience with Web site analysis (Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics, etc.)
• Knowledge of Third Party Ad-serving Tools
• Experience and knowledge of using Microsoft Excel, PPT, Words, etc.
• Ability to multitask and handle other duties as an assigned team worker
• International project management, including getting alignments & negotiate internationally

Responsibility

We are looking for an experienced person who will be responsible for corresponding with clients to cover PDCA, strategy planning, operation management, propose analysis and more for digital advertisements including programmatic, SEM, E-commerce, SEO, etc. There is ample opportunity to come up with digital plans working in conjunction with online & offline. You will have many opportunities to interact with the latest in advertisement and technology. You will also have the chance to engage as a member of a dedicated team for large projects including our global & regional headquarters. Digital Media Expert
• Implementation of various digital advertisement measures
• Campaign management & planning
• Oversee the advertisement effect verification, analysis, reporting
• Identification of problems related to digital advertising, issues and improvement points
• Client compliance

Strategy Champion
• Planning focused on a performance-related digital advertisement
• Digital media strategic planning, including overall strategy, budget & digital media tactics
• Work efficiently with global offices in learning, establishing and growing our team’s capability in Japan

Global Player
• Work efficiently with global offices in learning, establishing and growing our team’s capability in Japan
• Lead the development of new market opportunities for our digital service consistent with the global business strategy

Business Development
• Leverage your networks to build new business and brand exposure
• Learn and develop industry knowledge to establish areas of opportunities with potential clients
• Think like a solutions provider, with strong coaching & mentoring skills in order to train and motivate the junior members
