- Experience : Similar experience proffered(clerical duties in libraries or other industries)
- Language : Business level of English, Basic level of Japanese
- PC Skill : MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Other : Hospitality minded and problem solving experience related to electronic devices (ipad, iphone, lap-top PCs etc)

- Customer services at the counter of Library
- Library clerical duties (check-in/check-out, re-shelving, and writing emails)

Applicants hold valid working eligibility in Japan at the time of lodging their applications. Visa sponsorship is not available.

5 days per week, 37.5 hours (including weekends / public holiday)
Actual 7.5 hours / day between 08:30 - 20:00 (1 hour break)
