This position is under the Academy department, which is the leader in today’s luxury retail training, coaching and consulting. We help premium and luxury brands elevate the customer experience through a retail audit, consulting, content design, digital solution design and field implementation.

We are looking for a Customer Success Associate / project coordinator to handle our company's ongoing projects. The Academy is one of the capabilities of CXG, specialising in luxury retail to transform the customer experience by training and helping front-line teams to develop a customer-centric CX mindset and create people and culture change. You will work closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, establishing effective project communication plans and executing said plans properly.
To be a successful candidate, you will need to have a master's degree or a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a crucial advantage.

Key responsibilities
The following will vary and be influenced by the project, but in principle, it will apply to most projects:
Manage Relationship
Client
• Build a professional image and maintain good relationships with CXG customers
• Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation for the business
• Ability to sustain the business by finding new training solutions
• Collect client feedback and their experience on the project
Consultant/trainer
• Building extending relationships with associate consultants
• Provide support and care to associate consultants during the project (order mission, briefing, meeting coordination, invoicing)
• Communicate regularly with associate consultants for the latest practice and relationship maintenance
Manage vendors
• Sourcing vendors to meet client needs (platforms, gifts purchases, training set-up (hotels venue…)
• Compare and negotiate quotation with a service vendor
• Managing financial transactions under the service agreement
• Supervising task progress and work quality of service vendors
Manage projects
• Coordinate the project's scope and, if not already in place, the delivery strategy through the proposal.
• Create an effective organisation for the project, including all key roles and responsibilities
• Contribute to building a proposal listing context & objectives, milestones, timeline and suggested methodology
• Lead the team in all phases of the project, including associate consultants
• Organise internal preparation & kick-off meetings
• Regularly assess progress concerning planning and implementing appropriate control processes and monitoring project cost and budget performance.
• Liaise and negotiate with any internal or external party or partner as required to ensure the best OPM of the project
• Ensure all issues are being managed in the most timely manner
• Help prepare project “post-mortem” presentations for the client (in front of top executives) that will impact maintaining and developing the relationship.

Key Qualifications

Requirements
• University Degree in Management or Master’s Degree preferred
• Local language and excellent English level
• Project management skills

• Knowledge of the luxury industry

• Good command of Microsoft Office to conduct research finding analysis and build top-notch presentations.
