Seeking for passionate and skilled Italian chef to spearhead an exciting new dining concept at our recently opened restaurant!

Required:
• Strong knowledge of Modern Italian cuisine.
• Minimum of 12yrs progressive experience in western cuisine
• Strong leadership ability and good communication skills
• Extensive wine known
• English　　 Advanced level
• Japanese Intermediate level

資格:
• モダン・イタリア料理の知識
• 西洋料理における12年以上の実務経験
• 強いリーダーシップとコミュニケーション能力
• 豊富なワイン知識
• 英語　　　中級レベル
• 日本語　　初級レベル

Job Duty:
• You will use your extensive experience of Italian cuisine to create and launch a unique contemporary menu.
• Oversee all management of the production including staffing, quality standards including financials, revenue generation and concept development.
• Ensure positive member relations.
• Assist Executive Chef and Senior Chef de Cuisine with any other member related issues as instructed.
• Coaches and leads team to success.
• 80% of working time in the kitchen areas providing hands-on involvement

• スタッフの配置、財務を含む品質基準、収益創出、コンセプト開発など、プロダクションの管理
• メンバーとの良好な関係を築く
• エグゼクティブ・シェフやシニア・シェフ・ド・キュイジーヌを補佐し、指示された会員関連の問題を解決する
• チームを成功に導く
• 勤務時間の80%は厨房エリアにて実践的な業務に携わる
