LVMH Japan Group - Christian Dior - Café Manager (Tokyo Area)
Summary

The Cafe Manager is responsible for all front-of-house operations, including service engagement, management of the bar area and kitchen team, scheduling and management, accounting, inventory management, purchasing, cost control, etc.
This position will manage service quality to maintain Dior standards and act as a role model as an advocate of staff culture.

Working Location:
Tokyo Area *New Opening in 2025

Working hours:
7.5 hours + 1.5 hours break *Shift work

Key Qualifications

Profile & Requirements:
Knowledge:
- Deep knowledge of all-day dining operations
- Deep knowledge of Japanese laws
- Fluent English skills
- Excellent sense of customer service

Knowhow:
- Respect and management of service rules and technical execution
- Team management skills
- Ability to create staff culture

Interpersonal skills:
- Personal presentation that reflects the Dior world
- Creating a work environment where staffs feel happy
- An empathetic approach to service

Experience
2-3 years of experience managing a cafe/restaurant that serves food and beverages to high-profile customers
