Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for e-commerce sales, platform and operation activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing the greatest shopping experience to users and maximizing the business in luxury goods or premium fashion brands. Key Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE

■Education: University degree or higher
■Language: Native level Japanese and Business level English – in both written and oral
■Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in e-merchandising for a fashion brand and/or cosmetics
■Competencies:
- Result oriented
- Customer focus
- Good team worker
■Others: Good PC skills, technical knowledge of various systems

Responsibility

YOUR MISSION AND ROLE

■Achieve Sales Target:
- Achieve e-commerce sales by ensuring actions aligned with President and Paris Headquarters
- Initiate action plans following traffic, market trend, and retail actions
- Increase brand visibility and recruit new clients to Givenchy with cooperation with Marketing & Communication and CRM
- Manage local product catalogue (ranking, site refreshes, end of season)
- Create compelling, trend-driven and brand appropriate product categories based on product attribution, merchandising feedbacks and analysis of product and category metrics.
- Conduct quality checks for product pictures, translations, prices and availability to optimize customer journey on all channels.
- Ensure the customer service experience both online and offline (3rd party call center) is best in class. Results and improvements will be measured quantitatively and qualitatively and reported monthly.

■Operations:
- Partner with the cross-functional teams and our payment processor to enhance the customer payment and fraud management processes, including fraud review supervision.
- Partner with Key stakeholders in daily e-commerce operations: Call Center, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Planning & Control.
- Coordinate with Retail to drive optimal performance for daily operations and common operations in the stores.
