Minimum qualifications
- Strong experience in embedded software design and development.
- Proficiency in programming languages, particularly C++, C#, and Linux commands.
- Proficiency in vehicle communication protocols such as CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, UDS, Ethernet, DoIP, SOME/IP, TCP, UDP, REST, HTTPS, and MQTT.
- Familiarity with validation techniques and tools, including CANoe, CANalyzer, Wireshark, and project management tools like JIRA.
- Experience in project management techniques, particularly Agile methodologies.

Languages
- Japanese: Intermediate
- English: Fluent

Preferred qualifications
- Core competency across all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with Functional Safety Standards, FOTA (Firmware Over-The-Air), and remote diagnostic solutions.
- Knowledge of AUTOSAR Adaptive frameworks and ECU development, including experience with ARA::COM libraries and diagnostic modules on the AUTOSAR platform.

Responsibilities
- Interpret and analyze diagnostic specifications to create detailed requirement documents.
- Assess new function requirements and their impact on existing development tools.
- Manage, maintain, and modify tools based on specification updates.
- Port existing C++ applications to Embedded Linux and Adaptive Platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with project goals.

Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and driven professional to join our Electric/Electronics Architecture Engineering Group, which focuses on ECU development and Vehicle Architecture development. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge diagnostic module development and hardware validation for automotive systems.

Department Overview
The Electric/Electronics Architecture Engineering Group is at the forefront of innovation, designing and developing advanced electronic control units (ECUs) and vehicle architectures. The team combines expertise in embedded systems, cross-platform development, and hardware evaluation to deliver robust and scalable solutions for modern automotive challenges.

Project Overview
The project involves the development of a C++ based diagnostic module within a Windows/Linux environment.
Key aspects include:
- Developing cross-platform diagnostic tools and modules for Windows and Linux.
- Validating and testing hardware kits and embedded evaluation boards (e.g., Raspberry Pi, TI boards).
- Contributing to innovative solutions in hardware-software integration and cross-platform compatibility.
