Position:Retail Training Manager

Role & Mission:
• Design, plan and manage the annual training, taking the assigned budget into account and the strategy defined by the company, in order to cover the training needs detected and provide store team with the skills necessary to achieve the goals established by the organization.
Retail training:
• Understand the store operations of each store, create and teach actions and skills to improve the sales and the customer satisfaction.
• Visit the store actively and listen to the voice of the store team. Plan and act what can be improved by dealing with all the tools the store used, and practice actions for improvement
• Negotiate with other departments in Japan and HQ to create tools and systems that support the stores without being bound by exiting values
• Support Retail Excellence & Operations Director and team with a multi-faced approach without limiting one’s own duties, willingly research and take actions to create “LOEWE standard”.
• Create and implement of customer service, customer experience, retail excellence skills and product training from the store perspective
• Execute locally the global training tools and programs
• Act as the lead trainer for LOEWE Japan, nurturing and coaching a strong field trainer talent pool in the field that in turn both supports and sales goals and elevates brand identity as it is executed at stores
• Participate to the administrative (training expense, contract with venders etc) and reporting (Japanese and English)
• Collaborate with the Retail Manager to implement and maintain expected retail standards, ensuring alignment with company vision and goals.
• Deliver engaging training sessions and provide methodological support to other internal trainers.
• Provide direct coaching and support to retail staff to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
• Coaches management staff with regards to KPI management, sales target achievement, relationship building, CRM and customer experience
High school graduate
