• Minimum of 3+ years of high-volume kitchen experience
• Flexible, highly dedicated and hard working
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiasm about the restaurant industry with a willingness and desire to learn more
• Ability to work well with other team members and on your own
• Ability to take direction and learn quickly
• Basic cooking school certificate preferable
• Intermediate level in English / Japanese

-3年以上の西洋料理調理経験
- 柔軟性があり献身的で勤勉な方
- テンポの速い環境で快適に働くことができる
- レストラン業界に対する熱意と、向上心のある方
- 他のチームメンバーと協力し、自発的に仕事をすることができる
- 指示を受け、素早く学習する能力
- 調理師専門学校の基本修了証があれば尚可
- 中級レベルの英語/日本語

• Ensure the preparation of food items at high quality satndards.
• Focus on consistency and quality while adhering to all relevant Japanese laws and food safety regulations
• maintains personal involvement in day to day operations and report daily to the outlet supervising Chef

Certificate from Cookery school will be desirable.

Applicants hold valid working eligibility in Japan at the time of lodging their applications. Visa sponsorship is not available.
