• キッティング業務経験
• 社内ITインフラ運用経験
• エンドユーザーとの対面 電話・メールでのコミュニケーションスキル
• Experience in any of the following
• Experience in in-house SE and support
• Experience in kitting work
• Experience in operating in-house IT infrastructure
• Face-to-face with end-users Telephone and email communication skills
• クライアント先にて以下の業務を担当していただきます。
• PCヘルプデスク業務（電話、メール、オンサイト、リモートデスクトップ接続、その他複合機等、IT機器のトラブルシューティング、切り分け、ベンダーとの調整、資産管理等）。- PCキッティング（初期設定、ソフトウェアインストール等）
• サーバー/ネットワーク保守サポート（障害発生時の簡易原因究明、復旧対策等）
• システム/ソフトウェアマニュアル作成
• 国内顧客、既存パートナー、海外拠点を含む社内・現地パートナーとの連携 コミュニケーション
• (顧客や社内のグローバルエンジニアと英語でコミュニケーションを取る機会があります）、
• クライアントシステムのサービス管理・運用（インフラ運用品質の維持・向上）
• You will be responsible for the following tasks at the client's site.
• PC help desk work (telephone, email, on-site, remote desktop connection, other multifunction devices, etc., troubleshooting and isolation of IT equipment, coordination with vendors, asset management, etc.) • PC kitting (initial settings, software installation, etc.).
• Server/network maintenance support (simple cause investigation and recovery measures in the event of a failure, etc.)
• Creation of system/software manuals
• Collaboration with internal and local partners including Japanese customers, existing partners, and our overseas locations Communication
• (You will have the opportunity to communicate in English with customers and our in-house global engineers),
• client system service management and operation (maintaining and improving infrastructure operation quality)
