• Experience 3-5 years experiences in hospitality/ PBX experience, trainer or leader experience
• English Advanced level ~
• Japanese Advanced level ~
• PC skills Reservation software experience, Microsoft Word Excel

• 経験　　　 3-5年のホスピタリティー業務経験者/PBXなどの電話対応業務の経験、トレーナーまたはリーダーの経験　　　　　　　
• 英語　　　 上級以上
• 日本語　 上級以上
• PCスキル　予約端末を使用した業務経験MS ワード、エクセル、アウトルック

- Able to perform the job duties MS Concierge
- Handling incoming phone calls to the club main phone line and e-mail account and assign incoming tasks to MS Concierge or transfer them to other sections as necessary.
- Lead the daily operation and support MS Concierge in handling tasks and inquiries when necessary
- Responsible for Guest Studio Reservations and other related tasks
- Handling Concierge inquires/ requests which requires higher knowledge and communication skills

- MSコンシェルジュのジョブディスクリプションに記載されているすべての職務を遂行できること
- クラブの代表電話の対応し、必要に応じてMSコンシェルジュへタスクの割り当ておよび指示、また他のセクションへの転送など。
- MSコンシェルジュの業務遂行をサポートし、普段のオペレーションをリードする
- ゲストスタジオの予約および関連業務
- 高い知識とコミュニケーション能力を要するコンシェルジュ業務の対応

Hospitality school/major preferred
ホテル系の学校・専攻を修了された方が望ましい

5 days/week (Including weekends/national holidays)
Actual 37.5 hrs/week between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
