About the job:
This role is for one of the Fashion brands in the LVMH Group in Japan. We are looking for someone who has the potential to grow and develop in the role of MD.

⚫ PC skill: Excel (advanced level), Power Point (advanced level), Word
⚫ A creative and motivated team player with the personal initiative to achieve goals
⚫ Good sense, passion and knowledge on fashion and retail business
⚫ Strategic planning & analysis skills
⚫ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
⚫ Self-learner, self-starter
⚫ Capability to question the status-quo and go further beyond his/her comfort zone

業務内容

⚫ Responsible for supporting LG/RTW/ACC/ License buying and the entire
merchandising activities.
⚫ Assist MD manager in order to propose strategic ideas to achieve sales budget &
sell through, monitor sales progress by category vs inventory balance.
⚫ Support creating seasonal launch plan, focus products, pop-up initiatives based on
Global launch calendar.
⚫ Conduct product trainings and prepare for relevant materials.
⚫ Analyze and propose reorders to merchandisers through monitoring sales &
inventory progress.
⚫ Support controlling inventory level and reallocation
⚫ Give feedback to Merchandisers and HQ’s relevant departments on product
qualitative/quantitative analysis, including store feedback and competitor analysis.
⚫ Co-work closely with Visual Merchandising, Retail, Marketing teams in preparation
for launching products / pop-ups / events.
⚫ Control product delivery in order to achieve launch plan dates and events, co-
working with Logistics team.
⚫ Monitor quality issues along with QC team, report to HK Quality team for future
improvement.
⚫ Conduct regular survey of competitors' prices and product line-up's.
⚫ Data management and registration
⚫ Create product seasonal catalogs
⚫ Support preparing ad-hoc reports requested by superior and managers.
