スキル・資格

Basic Qualifications:
 2 years+ experience in Client events and Retail activations
 Bachelor’s degree
 Experience in luxury fashion Maison and leading clienteling projects is a plus.
 Team management experience is expected.
 Strong project management skills: Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects across functional teams.
 High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
 Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills both in Japanese and English

 Problem Solving: Define and analyse, solve the problem with effective/creative solutions timely and proactively. Able to see/identify hidden problems/issues.
 Organizational Agility: Get things done across boundaries by building constrictive and effective relationship.

 Conflict Management: Steps up to conflicts, seeing them as opportunities. Drive for a solution.
 Manage good balance between anticipating future consequences/trends and day-to-day details
 Interpersonal and Communication skills: Get messages across that have the desired effect in both Japanese and English
 Interest in luxury Fashion business

業務内容

Essential duties and job responsibilities:
1. Event planning and Execution:
 Plan and execute Client Events (in-store and other forms of client events) to increase affinity with Loewe and deepen the engagement between client and CA, in line with Loewe’s client development strategy and event guidelines while adapting to the local market needs and priorities.
 Aligning with Loewe’s client journeys, focus on VICs, VIC potentials and new clients as the primary targets for event and treatment planning in order to upgrade the client segment and create long-term repeat purchase opportunities.
 Partner with Retail managers and Boutique managers to develop Gaisho program and initiate it to further expand the top tier client base.
 To be interested in and analyse market trends and competitor activities related to all client events and promotional activities to improve the quality of client event/treatment.

2. KPI Monitoring and budget management:
 Highlight measurable results (#clients invited, show-up rate, sales tracking before/after the event, etc.) while at the same time qualitatively observing store and client satisfaction and pursuing event content with higher ROI.
 To be responsible for the budgets in compliance with quality and deadline and develop the budget allocation for the annual activity calendar.

3. Cross-functional collaboration and external vendor control:
 Actively collaborate with local Marketing and Retail team to develop a consistent event concept, while working closely with HQ team to be align with the client development and event strategy.
 Identify external suppliers and partners, manage relationship, and negotiate in order to deliver the best quality of execution.
