Required Skills:
・Advanced IT Technology equivalent to the following advanced information processing engineers: Project Management, IT Service Management, etc.
・Project Management ability equivalent to Project Management Professional (PMP)® qualification
Required Conditions:
・Strong interest in the realization of information services that aim to improve people’s well-being through the digitalizing society as a whole in a global environment
・Ability to solve problems on oneself
・Ability to communicate and manage teams within Japan and overseas
・Service Planning and Proposal capabilities
・Ability to efficiently lead projects by sharing information, exchanging opinions, and collaborating with project stakeholders
・Experience in building large-scale information systems and project management
・IT Skill Standard (ITSS) - Ability Equivalent to Level 4 (skills standard set by the Information-technology Promotion Agency (IPA))

・大規模情報システムの構築、プロジェクト責任者等の経験
・ITスキル標準（ITSS）ー レベル4相当の能力（独立行政法人 情報処理推進機構（IPA）の定めたスキル標準）
University Degree: Bachelor’s Degree
Postgraudate: Masters/ Ph.D.

・Experience in planning, developing, and operation for Information System and IT services.
・Experience in packaging, SaaS market research, and fit and gap analysis
・Experience using public cloud in a project
・Practice experience in utilizing service design thinking in a project
・Experience working as a data base manager

Annual Income: 3.5 million to 7.5 million yen

※ Fixed overtime allowance: Paid assuming that there are 20 hours of overtime work per month.
Cutoff date of billing is the end of each month and the date of payment is 10th of next month (or the day before if the bank is on a holiday).
