スキル・資格

• 他のFIデータ移行コンサルタントをリードし、それぞれのDM活動をサポートできる方。
• リコンサイル（試算表、財務諸表）および会計入力に精通した財務および会計に精通した方。
• SAP FIに関する深い知識（AP、AR、GL、資産）とSAP CO（プロフィットセンター、コストセンター、材料元帳）を理解していること。すべてのSAP FIサブモジュールを理解していることが必須。
• ロジスティクスとファイナンスの統合とそのレポーティングへの影響を理解していること。
• S/4HANA経験者優遇。
• 優れたコミュニケーション、プレゼンテーション、ステークホルダー管理（グローバルGT、EMDMチーム、ローカルビジネス等）

• Able to lead and support the other FI Data Migration Consultants in their respective DM activities.
• Strong finance and accounting background with expertise in reconciliation (trial balance, financial statements) and accounting entries.
• Deep SAP FI knowledge (AP, AR, GL, Assets) and solid SAP CO understanding (Profit Center, Cost Center, Material Ledger). Understanding in all SAP FI submodules is a must.
• Understands logistics-finance integration and its reporting impact.
• Proficient in New General Ledger with Document Splitting; S/4HANA experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management (Global GT, EMDM Team, Local Business, etc).
• Bilingual requirements: Native level Japanese, Business Level English
