- Menu engineering, creation of recipes, cost and stock control and ordering ingredients
- Ensure accurately portioned products at highest quality possible
Bakery School certificate preferred
Applicants hold valid working eligibility in Japan at the time of lodging their applications. Visa sponsorship is not available.
This position is a full-time position with contract term due to covering the staff who is currently on maternity leave. The details are available upon application.
5 days per week, 37.5 hours (including weekends / public holidays)
Actual 7.5 hours / day between 08:00-22:00 (1 hour break)
