概要

The role of Client Support Consultant contributes to increasing customer satisfaction with Moneytree’s products and services through high-quality support to assist our clients achieve their business objectives.
The work would suit a problem solver with a passion for customer advocacy. You enjoy working with clients through the full cycle of their support experiences with Moneytree from sales to onboarding, rollout of their services to their customers, and businesses as usual. You quickly comprehend client needs, effectively manage competing requirements, and deliver solutions. At Moneytree, we are on a mission to unlock the power of data for good, by providing tools & capabilities needed, reducing or removing barriers, and delivering meaningful value today.
We help people safely share confidential financial information with trusted service providers. Our technology is used by major banks, accounting software companies and fintech companies in Japan.
Key clients include Mizuho, SMBC, and Mitsubishi UFJ Nicos.

スキル・資格

Required Qualifications
Ability to use both Japanese and English in an international work environment. Native level Japanese language skills.At least intermediate English (TOEIC: 800 or above).
3+ years of enterprise client facing experience in a technical and/or support role, ideally in the FinTech industry.
Work experience or familiarity with API, PFM applications, web client & server technology.
Ability to work independently and also as a team to drive results.
Strong support skills: troubleshooting, escalations, writing run-books and knowledge base documentation.
Comfortable reading application logs as part of troubleshooting.
Desirable Skills, Experience, Qualifications. We would also look favorably on any prior experience, skills or knowledge with:
API in general
API authorization schemes such as OAuth
PFM applications
System development particularly around Web systems
JIRA and Service Desk

業務内容

In this role you will
Communicate with our clients to help them address their issues or concerns related to their usages of Moneytree products or services.
Troubleshoot issues in a system environment to find solutions or make decisions to escalate to Moneytree product teams.
Gather business and functional requirements from client stakeholders and manage issue prioritization and client expectations throughout the support process.
Create support materials and enhance knowledge base for Moneytree products and services.
Deliver insights in the form of client feedback or pain points for new feature development at Moneytree.

In the first 30/60/90 days, your expected deliverables include
Complete onboarding training with mentors in Moneytree support and product organizations.
Understand technical solutions for Moneytree products such as LINK API.
Become a strong team player and start contributing to Moneytree’s business success.


勤務時間

Common working hours: 10am to 4pm Mon-Fri (staff member available online or in office)
Work from Home/Overseas: Flexible, manager approval required
