-Have strong communication skills both written and verbal
-Be enthusiastic about providing service, be empathetic, patient and sensitive
-Have good internet experience (EC, Blog and SNS user)
-Have moderate~good English skills; TOEIC 600+ (Language of computer will be English)
-Have intermediate or advanced skills of Microsoft Office
- Excel: Graph creation and calculation using formula.
- Word: Inserting pictures and graphs for business documents.
- Powerpoint: PPT file creation for presentation.
-Ideally have 3 years working experience

・TOEIC 600以上(パソコンのOS、ソフトすべて英語表記です。外国人からの電話を担当者へ引き継いでいただける程度で大丈夫です。)


Working as a Customer Support Ambassador, you will be given a very high degree of responsibility to ensure your customers needs are met with helpful services and support.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Supporting customers over the phone and by email to ensure customer happiness (Done in both Japanese and sometimes English)
-Analyzing customer satisfaction, managing and creating systems for smoother CS operations
-Possibility of managing Customer Support teams
-Creating FAQ site for our online website users in Japanese and also, if possible, in English
-Creating Customer Support guide book for smoother operations
-Creating documents using excel calculation tables and graphs on Word
