概要

THE PROJECT / CONTEXT

Decathlon just opened its first physical store in Kansai and the impact on our online store has been huge. We want to keep making our customers even happier and growing so we are launching a new omnichannel project. That means we need to structure our team, starting by our Ecommerce.

スキル・資格

WHO ARE YOU

Sports lover, energetic, you practice at least one sport.
Passionate about Ecommerce and Digital Marketing, at least 2 years of working experience in these fields.
Intermediate experience with UX design, wireframing, and usability principles.
Strong data analysis skills and ability to focus sharply on driving incremental value.
Creative mind who is able to blend behavioural data and a deep understanding of user needs through qualitative insights to formulate assumptions.
Good communication and writing skills, team player and contributor
Good command of both Japanese and English, written and spoken

業務内容

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

For E-commerce - UX/Conversion responsible :

Commercial
For his/her designated sports, Ecommerce responsible is the leader and responsible for online business and customers‘ satisfaction by providing continuously an optimal product offer & purchase experience. You will work and optimize :
the homepage regarding the seasonality and our offer
category pages so customers can easily find our products
products pages so customers can easily buy our products
regularly update the website’s treemap in order that it follows Decathlon’s DNA and user’s behaviour
monitor stock and prices
work together with Sport Leaders in store and abroad to align strategies and actions

Functional
E-commerce - UX/Conversion responsible will be the driving force to improve conversion of new and repeat users by identifying user experience opportunities through data insights and testing. As CRO you will need to articulate exactly what isn’t working, what could be better and why.
Some of the responsibilities and concrete actions of this role involve:
Develop, analyze, recommend, and execute multivariate testing in relevant areas to optimize the digital experiences
Grow the percentage of conversion rate for a variety of channels and buyer profiles while creating true user value, and not only driving short term conversion
Develop structuring and conducting qualitative and quantitative research and survey to understand obstacles and conversion opportunities
Partner with traffic acquisition and design teams in order to implement improvements into the customer journey
Ensure brand voice and style is delivered in all touchpoints
