Lead business planning and sales operation for business account(s) portfolio based on global and Market strategies jointly with superiors / subordinates
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
-Profound understanding of Sporting goods industry and Wholesale / Retail math
-Strategic thinking and ability to work with cross functional team to drive initiatives
-Strong communication skill
-Strong database management skill
-IT: Advanced MS Office skill, SAP Knowledge
-Basic Credit/Accounting knowledge are preferred
-Advanced and confident leadership skill
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
-University degree in Business or equivalent
-4-6 years of functional experiences in Sporting goods / Apparel industry
-Minimum 2 years managerial experience
-Sales planning / operation experiences are preferred
-English: Advanced in writing and speaking
-Support sales channel senior director and account managers in terms of business planning and sales operation
-Provide realistic plans and forecasts on customer performance for daily business
-Drive to develop weekly / monthly sales analysis of responsible accounts accurately, timely and effectively
-Support account sales teams to make business planning
-Maintain and develop the database and arrangement with BP&O
-Drive to improve operation and process for sales team with BPO team to improve our business and for customer satisfaction.
-Ensure that all call off data from customers is processed accurately and on time with following policy and compliance. Report status and issue to sales channel senior director and account managers
-Ensure that sales operation tasks are processed accurately and on time.
-Respond in timely and efficient manner to all incoming inquiries and correspondence, both internal and external, relative to all accounts.
-Develop strong relationships with relevant teams (ex. sales, SCM, finance, marketing and CTC) and customers to improve our business.
-Set clear objectives, targets, guidelines for merchandising and individuals along with Sales organization objectives
-Provide performance review to all direct reports and team members
-Develop the functional and social skills of direct reports on and all team members
-Manage a team in broader functional area, leads a department consisting multiple hierarchical levels
-Contribute in ensuring organization applies adidas Group standards and best practices available in daily work
