・Technical knowledge specific to VoIP telecom support
・Configuration and Optimization of VoIP
・Monitoring and troubleshooting VoIP networks and gateways
・It will be Voice/VoIP/may be SS7 a bit VoIP SIP and their functionality knowledge.
・Bilingual Requirements: Bilingual Japanese and English required
・Languages : Business level japanese required and business level english

・Provide technical support specific to VoIP communications
・Monitoring and troubleshooting VoIP networks and gateways
・Performing VoIP system configuration and optimization
・Problem solving utilizing in-depth knowledge of Voice/VoIP/SS7 and VoIP SIP protocols and features
・Work with a global team and utilize bilingual (Japanese/English) skills to support clients
