・コンピュータ・サイエンス、ソフトウェア・エンジニアリング、または関連分野の学士号または修士号。
・債券業務に特化したシステムアーキテクトとしての実績のある経験（できればシニアまたはリードの役割）。
・債券金融商品、取引プロトコル、規制要件、市場構造に関する幅広い知識。債券領域における複雑で分散されたスケーラブルなシステムの設計および実装に関する専門知識を有する強力な技術的バックグラウンド。
・Java、C++、C#、Python、メッセージングシステム（MQ、Kafka）、データベース技術（SQL、NoSQL）など、関連するプログラミング言語、プラットフォーム、技術に精通していること。
API設計、マイクロサービスアーキテクチャ、イベントドリブンアーキテクチャなどのシステム統合手法やツールの経験。
・クラウドコンピューティングプラットフォーム（AWS、Azure）およびコンテナ化技術（Docker、Kubernetes）に精通していること。
・最新の技術トレンドに対する強い洞察力
・優れた分析能力と問題解決能力を有し、複雑なアーキテクチャ上の課題を理解し、対処できること。技術的および非技術的な利害関係者に技術的なコンセプトを効果的に伝えることができる、強力なコミュニケーションスキルとコラボレーションスキル。
・MiFID II、ドッド・フランク法、FRTBなどの関連業界規制やコンプライアンス要件に関する知識があることが望ましい。
・金融システム（特にフィクスト・インカム）の開発経験が5年以上あること。
IT部門以外の担当者、外国人マルチカルチャーバックグラウンドを持つ者、ベンダーとのディスカッションを管理するための口頭/書面でのコミュニケーションに優れていること。
・日本語でのコミュニケーション能力

優遇される資格：
・OS、ネットワーク、データベース(Oracle)等のインフラ知識。
・JSDA販売士資格（1級）をお持ちの方は優遇いたします。

・Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
・Proven experience as a system architect specializing in Fixed Income business, preferably in a senior or lead role.
・Extensive knowledge of Fixed Income financial instruments, trading protocols, regulatory requirements, and market structure. Strong technical background with expertise in designing and implementing complex, distributed, and scalable systems in the Fixed Income domain.
・Proficiency in relevant programming languages, platforms, and technologies such as Java, C++, C#, Python, messaging systems (MQ, Kafka), and database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
・Experience with system integration methods and tools, including API design, microservices architecture, and event-driven architectures.
・Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
・Have strong insight on the latest technology trend.
・Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and address complex architectural challenges. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
・Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements, such as MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, or FRTB, is highly desired.
・At least 5 years of experience in development of financial systems (especially Fixed Income).
・Excellence in communication in verbal/written documents for managing discussion with non-IT counterpart, person with foreign multi-cultural backgrounds and vendors
・Japanese-language communication skills.​​​

Preferred Qualifications:
・Infrastructure knowledge in OS, networking, and database (Oracle).
・Having JSDA Sales Representative Qualifications (Class-1) is preferred

・債券業務に特化したシステム・アーキテクチャおよびソリューションの設計、計画、実装において、専門家レベルの技術的リーダーシップとガイダンスを提供する。
・ビジネス・ステークホルダー、トレーダー、ポートフォリオ・マネジャー、リスク・マネジャーと協働し、彼らの要件を理解し、スケーラブルで効率的なシステムおよびアーキテクチャ設計に反映させる。
・フィクスト・インカムの金融商品、マーケット・ダイナミクス、規制要件を深く理解し、その知識を活用してビジネス・ニーズを満たすシステムを構築する。
・フィクスト・インカム・システムの要件をサポートするための適切なテクノロジー、プラットフォーム、フレームワークの評価と選択。フィクスト・インカム分野におけるトレーディング・プラットフォーム、リスク管理システム、または決済システムのための、高性能、高信頼性、スケーラブルなシステム・アーキテクチャの設計と実装の監督。
・システム統合戦略を定義し、取引所、流動性プロバイダー、清算機関などの社内外のシステムとのシームレスなデータ交換と相互運用性を確保する。
・SDLCを通じて開発チーム、インフラチーム、その他の利害関係者と緊密に協力し、システムソリューションのデリバリーを成功させる。
・フィージビリティ・スタディやパフォーマンス分析を実施し、既存システム内の最適化・改善領域を特定する。債券ビジネスにおける業界動向、新技術、ベストプラクティスを常に把握し、システムアーキテクチャや開発手法の策定に生かす。
・他のアーキテクトや開発者を指導し、技術的なガイダンスを提供し、知識を共有し、学習と革新の文化を促進する。

・Providing expert-level technical leadership and guidance in designing, planning, and implementing system architectures and solutions specific to the Fixed Income business domain.
・Collaborating with business stakeholders, traders, portfolio managers, and risk managers to understand their requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient system and architectural designs.
・Developing and maintaining an in-depth understanding of Fixed Income financial products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements, and utilizing this knowledge to architect systems that meet business needs.
・Evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies, platforms, and frameworks to support the requirements of Fixed Income systems. Designing and overseeing the implementation of high-performance, reliable, and scalable system architectures for trading platforms, risk management systems, or settlement systems in the Fixed Income domain.
・Defining system integration strategies and ensuring seamless data exchange and interoperability with internal and external systems such as exchanges, liquidity providers, and clearing houses.
・Collaborating closely with development teams, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC to ensure the successful delivery of system solutions.
・Conducting feasibility studies and performance analysis to identify areas for optimization and improvement within existing systems. Staying up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Fixed Income business and applying them to shape the system architecture and development practices.
・Mentoring and providing technical guidance to other architects or developers, sharing knowledge and promoting a culture of learning and innovation.
