• 要件確認・まとめでき、ドキュメンテーション等ができる方
• オフショアチームと組んでソリューションとプロポーザルを提案できる方
• アジャイル式、エンタプライズプロダクト導入を経験している方

a. Bilingual with good Japanese & English communication and articulation skills
b. Good hands-on technology experience (either of infra support or software delivery or enterprise solution implementation)
c. Experience to connect with CTOs / IT managers and understand requirements as well as propose services and solutions
d. Hands-on sales playing manager with strong team building skills
e. Good proposal writing and documentation skills
f. Good problem solving and solution proposal skills
g. Agile and growth oriented with enterprise product implementation experience

• 日本のITサービス新規事業の拡大・成長
• 既存顧客の管理および口座成長
• ローカルおよびグローバルチームと連携し、顧客へのソリューション提案とデモを実施
• 資料の作成、提案書のドラフト、RFPへの回答
• 営業チームエンジン、リードジェネレーションを含むプレイブックの構築
• 必要に応じて顧客とのエンゲージメントとサポート
• タイムリーに高品質の納品物を提供することにより、顧客満足を確保する

• Expand and grow new Japan IT services business
• Manage and grow existing accounts
• Coordinate with local and global team to propose &demo solutions to clients
• Create collateral, draft proposals and answer to RFPs
• Customer engagement and support as required
• Ensure timely and quality delivery within budget and high customer satisfaction

勤務開始：9:00~10:00の間
勤務終了：18:00~19:00の間（出勤時間に応じて）
休憩1時間、実働8時間

9:00am~6:00pm or 10:00am~7:00pm
