・ソフトウェア開発経験4年以上
・MySQL、JavaScript、Java、AngularJS、Spring Boot、SQL、AWS、Angularバージョン13-16、Typescriptの経験証明
・SpringBootを使用してRESTベースのマイクロサービスを作成した経験があること
・OOPSコンセプト、Web API、Entity Frameworkの経験があること。
・Serverless Functionsを使用したストリーム処理の経験があること。
・ソフトウェア実装のベストプラクティスに関する知識があること
・RDBMS(Oracle/DB2など)の知識と経験があること、
・バージョン管理ツール（GITが望ましい）の知識と使用経験があること。
・CI/CDツールの知識と使用経験があること。
・AWSのLambdaやその他のサービスを使用した経験があること。
・チーム環境で協働し、効果的にコミュニケーションをとる能力
・問題解決能力があり、複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理できること。

・日本語： 会話レベルの日本語力（日本語能力試験N3）およびビジネスレベルの英語力 

・At least 4 years of experience in software development
・Prove experience in MySQL, JavaScript, Java, AngularJS, Spring Boot, SQL, AWS, and Angular versions 13-16, Typescript
・Must have experience creating REST based microservices using SpringBoot
・Must have strong experience in OOPS concepts, Web API, Entity Framework
・Should have experience in Stream Processing using Serverless Functions
・Should have strong knowledge of software implementation best practices
・Should have knowledge and worked with any RDBMS (Oracle/DB2 etc),
・Should have knowledge and worked with any versioning tool, preferable GIT
・Should have knowledge and worked with any CI/CD tool
・Good to have - understanding of the Life and Annuities Insurance domain is essential, experience with AWS Lambda and other serivces
・Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
・Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
・Commitment to achieving excellence in software development and customer satisfaction

・Develop high-quality, efficient, and reusable code for backend and frontend components.
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various technologies and ensure seamless deployment on AWS.
・Optimize application performance through rigorous testing and debugging practices.
・Ensure data integrity and security by implementing robust MySQL / SQL / Oracle database structures.
・Stay abreast of developments in web technologies and programming languages.
・Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
・Analyze user requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
・Implement best practices in software development, including Agile methodologies
・Contribute to the continuous improvement of the software development process.
・Utilize domain knowledge in Life and Annuities Insurance to enhance application relevance and user experience.
