PRODUCT DESIGN ENGINEERING JUNIOR
As Product Design Engineer you will join our Technical Office, which is part of the Engineering Area of EssilorLuxottica, and you will give your contribution by designing molds, fixtures and work closely with production for process improvements.
製品設計エンジニアとして、エシロールルクスオティカのエンジニアリングエリアの一部である福井めがね工業のテクニカルオフィスに参加し、金型やフィクスチャーの設計、プロセス改善のための製造との緊密な連携を通じて貢献していただきます。
Examination process 3 interview + ASSESTMENT TEST
1. Experience with ２D CAD software
2. Good in Japanese (English is plus) reading and writing.
3. Knowledge of optical and sunglass frames design, manufacturing process is preferred
３回の面接＋採用試験
１. CADソフトの使用経験のある
２. 日本語の読み書きができる。（英語もできれば尚可）
３. 眼鏡の設計、製造工程の知識があることは望ましい。
1. 2D design (3D design is a plus) drawings of acetate, titanium fixtures and molds.
2. Leading evaluation of new projects together with engineering team.
3. Update data on SAP manufacturing processes and technical guidance as end user
4. Analyze and solve the problems of fixtures and new jigs.
5. Work closely with the Tool shop to ensure the molds and tools execution.
6. Work closely with other function ensuring the parameters for product manufacturing
1. アセテート、チタン製の取付具、金型の2D設計（3D設計ができれば尚可）。
2. エンジニアリングチームと共に新規プロジェクトの評価をリードする。
3.エンドユーザーとしてSAPの製造工程と技術指導のデータ更新
4. 取付具や新しい治具の問題を分析し、解決する。
5. 工作と緊密に連携し、金型や工具の製作を確実にする。
6. 他部門と密接に連携し、製品製造のためのパラメータを管理する。
