Minimum 5 years relevant work experience, preferable team management in Allocation Planning, Inventory Management or Supply/Demand Planning functions.
Key Skills & Attributes
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
Strong Excel skills a must: Pivot tables, v-lookup, functions, merging tables.
Systems and Tools: Have aptitude to learn technical applications quickly (Slim.4, Cegid, MicroStrategy).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to work in a team environment, build positive relationship with partners.
Self-starter who is motivated with a disciplined approach to problem solving.

Mission Statement
This role will own, lead, and manage Allocation planning process for Loewe Japan Retail channel. The purpose of this role is to fulfill market service requirements in Japan Region, to ensure product delivery excellence across stores and product categories whilst maximizing inventory and operational efficiencies.
This role will optimize and maintain target inventory level at stores, by working closely with Merchandising, Retail, VMD, and Logistics team on best sellers replenishments, new launches, and transfers.
Main Responsibilities
Allocation Planning
・Deliver an efficient and consistent stock fulfillment service and governance through the allocation management to agreed business rules and schedules.
・Effective management of stock coverage at each store for each item by monitoring historical sales and forecasting future demand.
・With deep understanding of the replenishment model, plan and maintain target stock level and the seasonal stock adjustment accordingly to the demands and annual events.
・Identify opportunities of stock rebalancing/transfers between stores to 1) secure top store’s coverage and 2) improve product seasonal lifecycle sell-through.
・Manage EOS (End of Season) lifecycle process of return the product to warehouse for smooth inventory liquidation flow, working closely with Merchandising and Logistics.
Allocation System Enhancement (Slim.4)
・Full understanding of Slim.4 scope of Distribution Requirements Planning and Algorithm developed to cover stock availability.
・Input various parameter settings strategically in order to receive appropriate target stock levels and Allocation order proposal. (parameters = sales forecast, days/weeks of coverage, minimum stock, buffer stock, lead time and frozen time, priority rules, etc.)
・Analyze potential average sales perceived locally compared with proposal by Slim.4, providing feedback to HQ Team during the periodic calls to have more realistic/reactive.
Delivery Tracking
・Monitor a process of delivery/shipment in close collaboration with HQ distribution team and local Logistics team.
・Report shipment status to drive a consistent delivery planning process that results in predictable execution around all aspects of shipment instruction management.
Team Management
・Manage 1 Allocator and 1 temporary staff, understanding their skill set and opportunities. Create development plans for them.
・Understand the workload of each member and verify whether appropriate resource/supports are being provided.
