Christian Dior G.K. is looking for Client Treatment Manager.
Goal of client treatment manager is to develop high end clients for the brand while implementing leading loyalty plans to grow the high-end business

Fluent in both English and Japanese
Able to treat high-end clients with hospitality and elegance

業務内容
This position reports to CRM & VIC Management Senior Manager
High end client retention and acquisition
Build and maintain relationships with existing high-net-worth clients to grow top client segment and spend
Partner with store management and top client advisors to build strong local relations and partnerships focusing on developing top client segment and business
Organize and manage client dinners, providing exclusive and personalized experiences for high-end clients
Collaborate with store teams to create targeted strategies that resonate with top clients
Enhance a top client lunch and dinner program to improve an engagement at each store level
In-store event management at the Azabudai store
Plan and execute Azabudai in-store events, ensuring they align with the brand's image and contribute to the overall client experience
Develop personalized one-to-one client plans for Top VICs and high-potential individuals
Collaborate with other teams to promote and create awareness around events
Recruit high end clients for the brand, building strategic partnerships and network with 3rd party
Virtual bridge - lead project, arrange and coordinate.
Arrange Paris experience, such as Montaigne boutique appointment, restaurant booking and gallery booking together with a private client manager. Not only Paris experience, but sometimes other countries where Dior has boutiques and events
Sales & Budget management
Report these activities with sales result & return of investment
Controlling the A&P budget
