The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the President, ensuring their time is optimized and business priorities are managed effectively. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders are essential.
Experience: 5+ years of executive assistant experience, ideally supporting C-level executives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Calendar Management: Proactively manage the President’s schedule, prioritizing meetings and ensuring time is allocated to the most critical tasks.
• Travel Coordination: Organize and manage all aspects of travel for the President, including complex international itineraries.
• Executive Communication: Act as the President's primary point of contact, handling communication with tact and clarity. Draft and review correspondence on behalf of the President.
• Meeting Preparation: Ensure the President is well-prepared for meetings by organizing agendas, briefing documents, and follow-up actions. Take minutes and ensure follow-up.
• Project Management: Assist in special projects, tracking progress and anticipating next steps, with a forward-thinking approach.
• Document Management: Prepare, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and other documents with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Expense Management: Oversee the President’s expense reporting, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion, safeguarding the President’s confidentiality.
• Executive Support: Be proactive in anticipating the President’s needs, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any potential issues before they arise.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not required.
