FENDI JAPAN Retail Performance & Operation Specialist's Mission statement is to work as a Retail member to support the business from Operational aspect and to support stores strive for the best Client Experience

- PC Skill: Advanced level of MS Excel & PowerPoint
- English: have a good command of English to communicate with HQ and stakeholders
- Japanese: Native level
- Good communication skill
- Open minded with strong sense of ownership, proactive attitude, and agility
- Good team worker

Retail Operations:
- Support Uniform purchasing and stock managements
- Manage purchasing and maintenance of various store operational tools and facilities
- Preparing Purchase Orders and proceeding with payments (includes communication with external vendors on various applications including Code of Conduct and others
- Handle incoming calls and communications with external vendors/business partners/stores
- Deal with inquiries/requests from shops
- Updating and managing information of Store and Staff in systems (ex.Retail Master Data)
- Deliver general notifications/messages to all shops
- Administrate internal procedures for payment/application preparing necessary documents and info
- Meeting arrangements
- Other miscellaneous administrative work

Retail Performance:
- Support preparing Performance related data and analysis

University graduate is preferable

- Local and some overnight travels may occur as occasion arises
