By managing the end-to-end HR function of the company, you will be required to be hands-on across a broad range of areas from implementing strategic initiatives, managing HR systems and policies, conducting organizational change, implementing fair compensation & benefits, resolving employee concerns, and more.

※ Possibility up to Senior Manager to HR Director depending on skills and experience


- Language requirements:
- English: Business level or above
- Japanese: Business level or above
- Must be native level in English or Japanese
- Working experience in HR
- Experience in designing compensation and benefits programs
- Good knowledge of labour legislation and HR best practices
- High leadership and interpersonal skills


- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Work with leadership to provide decision making support through HR metrics and advisory
- Manage company-wide evaluation and performance management processes
- Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee performance and engagement
- Oversee and provide guidance on the recruitment process
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Manage and facilitate disciplinary and grievance issues
- Plan and facilitate organizational changes and transfers
- Design and review compensation and benefits packages
- Develop company policies and procedures, ensuring they are applied consistently
- Design and implement employee retention strategies
- Nurture a supportive and inclusive workplace environment, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Foster internal communication and employee relations through company events and team bonding programs
- Manage and maintain internal company digital tools and HR systems, files, and documentation
- Support in administering health management programs to promote employee well-being.
- People management and guidance of the HR team
- Create and maintain employment contracts in accordance with labor law
- Maintain and update employee records according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Support payroll and bonus calculation and processing


- Experience with HRIS systems such as payroll tools
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend solutions


09:00~18:00 (1 hour lunch break, 8 hours work)
