Role & Mission:
Ensuring implementation to deliver exceptional client experience at stores while managing operational and commercial standards to drive sales, achieve sales targets and increase profitability. Responsible for talent development and selling skills of store teams (both managerial & sales teams), while instilling passion to create a result-oriented sales team. Working closely with Retail Director, taking a proactive role in leading various retail projects, and leading initiatives to maximize retail performance.
Key competencies:
• At least 2-3years relevant retail experience
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Retail mindset, Client satisfaction oriented, Analytical, innovative
• PC skill: Excel (advanced level), Power Point (advanced level), Word
• Experience in people management
• Logical and analytical thinking
• Well organized, detail-minded, and agile action making
• Ability to build a good relationship with the team and business partners
• Native level Japanese (Business English would be plus)
Responsibilities:
• Lead, supervise, and develop stores teams to effectively and efficiently meet quantitative & qualitative objectives including turnover, KPIs, store operations, and selling ceremony.
• Plan and implement retail development strategy; ensure implementation of retail basics.
• Ensure implementation and perfect execution of clienteling activities at stores.
• Plan and implement sales promotional activities, events, and pop-ups with business partners to maximize sales and brand exposure in market.
• Manage relationships and lead negotiations with business partners (ie: department stores) and external vendors
• Play a leading role in new store development and expansion of retail footprint within retail area of responsibility
• Data gathering and analysis of competitor sales data and best sellers, market trends, and general business trends
• Ensure all stores adhere to compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity, company policies and procedure
• Lead special retail projects and assignments set forth by Retail Director.
• Development of initiatives designed to maximize retail performance collaborative with Retail Excellence & Operations team (ie: retail operations efficiency programs, selling skills & clienteling actions, etc)
