As a regional Marketing & Communications Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the Marketing and PR activities in Japan, for defining, in close co operation with the Japan GM and global marketing teams, the Japan marketing strategy, leveraging both traditional and digital media in an optimized mix in order to develop brand awareness, maximize visibility and create desirability for Japanese customers.
• Experience: 7-10 years of progressive management experience in marketing field within an omni channel B2C marketing organization or advertising agency.
• Retail Business Knowledge: An understanding of the industry in which the organization operates, including market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive forces.
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and strategies, with an ability to stay updated on the latest digital trends.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret marketing metrics to make informed decisions.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Creativity: Innovative thinking to develop unique marketing campaigns and strategies that resonate with target audiences.

Manage online marketing efforts, including website optimization, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns in collaboration with the EC Team.
Advertising and Media Buying:
Plan and allocate budgets for advertising campaigns, negotiate media contracts, and collaborate with agencies.
Develop strategies to engage and retain customers, including loyalty programs, customer relationship management (CRM), and personalized marketing initiatives.
