The Senior Accountant – AR plays a pivotal role in maintaining the financial stability and liquidity of the assigned market. By optimizing receivables processes, managing customer relationships, and mitigating credit risk, the incumbent ensures that the organization has the cash flow needed to fuel growth and innovation. スキル・資格

Languages
• Advanced business Japanese and English (Fluent conversational and writing)

Professional experience & know how
• Relevant Finance and Accounting experience gained from companies with organizational complexity and multicultural business environment will be preferred.

Technical & management skills
• Experience in SAP ECC/B1/Hana, Salesforce and RPA will be preferred.
• Participated in more than 1 system implementation/ automation project. Involved in either requirement gathering, change impact assessment or user acceptance testing will be desirable.
• Candidates with strong AR experience will be preferred.

Personal & interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and present at team meetings. Ability to resolve conflicts or propose resolution plan within the team.
• Prior industry experience in Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Consumer or Luxury Goods will be at an advantage.
• Strong commercial and data-driven mindset with ability in strategic planning, managing and analyzing financial data.

業務内容

Key responsibilities
• Manage and execute AR activities of assigned country to ensure that overall delivery of services is within agreed KPIs and SLAs.
• Responsible for timely and accurate financial and analytical reports to Manager, AR.
• Responsible for managing key stakeholders and internal customers including cluster country FDs, FP&A teams, sales function, internal control teams, external customers, external auditors etc.
• Responsible for billing responsibilities assigned including inter-company billings and reconciliation.
• Responsible in executing credit control and collection strategies to ensure proper management of credit risk and exposure, including the dunning process.
• Ensure client’s balances are monitored closely, and any aged items are minimized to achieve KPIs. This will include contacting clients on collection activities.
• Prepare monthly credit and collection related reports for review and presentation to stakeholders.
• Management of existing/new client, credit terms, contract as well as ERP systems.
• Ensure regular review and smooth and timely closing of accounts monthly, including identifying any unusual transactions and movements of account balances.
• Ensure that good internal controls and AR practice are met in accordance with group policies. Actively participate in in digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives which may involve activities such as defining requirements, change impact assessment and UAT.

学歴

University graduate or higher.


勤務時間

11AM-16PM Core hour. Flextime working.
The standard hours of work are 7 hours per day.
