【Main Responsibilities】
Activations (30%)
- Elaborate the roll-out planning for BTL for each brands incl. based on brand plan and commercial plan in liaison with SBMs and PR team if need.
- Support implementing in routine works: POSM operations, products placement, documentations, etc.
- Elaborate SNS posting together with agency to connect with consumer insight and Maison guideline.
On-premise (25%)
- Support implementing BTL activations for targeted accounts.
- Support planning and reporting and execution of the above with the team.
- Support event planning and execution.
Off-premise (20%)
- Support increasing sales and visibility in line with brand strategy with the team.
- Support planning and reporting and execution of the above with the team.
- Support event planning and execution.
Reports and Analysis (15%)
- Support the key reporting and presentations for planning the strategy and for analysis of the current results (sales/effective tools & activations).
- Routine work reports and documentations.
Cross functional and Logistics job (10%)
- Update the annual commercial plan in monthly basis and submit to Customer Marketing.
- Communicate proactively and positively within the team, with PR team and related sections.
- Daily logistics work (POSM, products, logistics works).
- Purchase order follow up if need to buy the necessary materials or project with agencies.

- Under SBM’s coaching, this position reports to Brand Director
- SAP experience, Excel (VLOOK, PIVOT, etc.) , PowerPoint, and Word in fluent
Bachelor degree is a MUST. Master’s is a plus.
