The Recreation Director oversees the TAC Recreation Division, ensuring member satisfaction, staff engagement, safety, policy compliance, and the successful achievement of financial and operational goals.

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in recreation or related management, with demonstrated financial and budgeting expertise.
• Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and risk management within recreational settings.
• A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken); basic Japanese is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• レクリエーションまたは関連分野での管理経験が10年以上あり、財務や予算管理に関する実績があること。
• リーダーシップやコミュニケーション、対人スキルが優れており、さまざまなステークホルダーと協力できる能力があること。
• レクリエーション施設における安全規制やリスク管理に精通していること。
• 積極的で柔軟に対応でき、問題解決に向けて行動できる姿勢を持っていること。
• 英語での高度なスキル（読み書き・会話）を持ち、日本語の基本的なスキルがあることが望ましい。
• Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）の操作に熟練していること。

• Provide strategic oversight and day-to-day management of all Recreation Division operations and activities.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and support recreation staff, instructors, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality service.
• Design, implement, and continuously evaluate a diverse range of recreational programs and events to enhance Member experience and participation.
• Manage the division’s budget effectively, ensuring alignment with financial targets and Club priorities.
• Uphold the highest safety standards, ensure proper maintenance of facilities, and enforce compliance with Club policies and procedures.

• 部門の予算を効果的に管理し、財務目標とクラブの優先事項に沿った運営を確保する。
• 最も高い安全基準を維持し、施設の適切なメンテナンスを行い、クラブのポリシーと手順を遵守する
