• Cover pastry position
• Focus on consistency and quality while adhering to all relevant Japanese laws and food safety regulations
• maintains personal involvement in day-to-day operations and report daily to the outlet supervising Chef

• Basic cooking school certificate / Student of cooking school preferable

Prepare an array of American comfort food and healthy modern fare using seasonal ingredients throughout the year.

年間を通して、旬の食材を使ったアメリカンコンフォートフードやヘルシーなモダンフードの数々を調理補助していただきます。

Applicants hold valid working eligibility in Japan at the time of lodging their applications.

3-4 days/week (including weekends/national holidays)
Actual 4 hrs/day between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
