• Jiraに精通していること： 一般的な課題追跡およびプロジェクト管理ソフトウェアであるJiraを理解し、実務経験があること。
• サービスレベル管理： サービス・レベル・アグリーメント(SLA)をしっかりと理解し、一貫してアグリーメントを管理・遵守する能力を有すること。
• シスコデータネットワーク ネットワークのトラブルシューティング、保守、最適化の能力など、シスコ・データ・ネットワークの経験があること。
• コンピュータサイエンス、情報技術、または関連分野の学士号が必要です。
• Proficiency in Jira: The candidate must have a strong understanding and working experience with Jira, a popular issue tracking and project management software.
• Service Level Management: The candidate should have a solid understanding of service level agreements (SLAs) and the ability to manage and meet these agreements consistently.
• Cisco Data Network: The candidate must have experience with Cisco Data Network, including the ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize the network.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• ファーストレベルのコンタクトを提供し、顧客の問題解決策を伝える。
• 未解決の問い合わせを次のレベルのサポートに適切にエスカレーションする。
• 問題の追跡、ルーティング、適切なリソースへのリダイレクト。
• 顧客データの更新とアクティビティレポートの作成.
• Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues.
• Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
• Track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources.
• Update customer data and produce activity reports.
